Just Updated
I was wandering if anyone know the utaites' pet names? I know Amatsuki and Mafus pets names already. But I especially want to know Eve, Sou, and the rest of the popular utaite at least.
Listening through so many utaites, I love all their standalone work and how amazing and unique each utaite sounds. For that reason, I really love when utaites collab together, because it brings in what I already love and multiplies it by a million.
So, this brings me to my question I want to know from others: Which favourite utaites of yours do you think should collab with each other?
It can be ones who have never collaborated before and you just wanna imagine, or ones who have done a few but not much more outside of that yet you still want more from them.
Here's my list:
Ado & Chogakusei
Their voices are very powerful, beautiful and unique on their own and they are among my favourite utaites. I heard their cover of Eraser Girl, and it was amazing and well done. I was so impressed by the amount of power they have together and how they complement each other’s voice extremely well, so I really hope that they could do another collab someday.
Hanatan & 96neko
I’m a huge fan of both Hanatan and 96neko, and I love how powerful, gorgeous and versatile their voices are. I especially like their vocal ranges and how they can sound cute, cool and mature at different times. When I heard their cover of ACUTE with Pokota, I really loved it because the absolute beauty was so out of this world, so I’d definitely want another collab from them.
Meychan & Sota Hanamura
I know Sota isn’t an utaite, but I really love his voice as well as Meychan’s. Both their voices have a high pitch to them, which I love especially in male vocalists, and they can sing super powerfully which is a real delight. Their cover of Fake Human No. 40 together was so perfect, and ever since then I’ve been dreaming of the time they do another collab because they’re really cool.
Luz & Soraru
I love the gruffness of Luz’s voice, which gives me the feeling of a cool old man, while Soraru’s voice is really soft and low at the same time. Due to that, both their voices sound perfect together and complement each other really well. When I heard their cover of Fragile, I loved it because their voices are absolutely beautiful and unique and just wanted more, so if they could collab together again one day, I’d be grateful.
Yuu Miyashita & syudou
Again, I know syudou isn’t an utaite, but I love his powerful and cute voice. I know that Miyashita covers syudou’s songs sometimes, and they’ve done an official collab before, but their singing is both on another level. If they were to collab in a singing duet, I’d be so excited, so it’s definitely one of my dreams.
Glutamine & Gero
Glutamine and Gero are so cute and cool, I love their voices so much, and especially how both have a wide vocal range. I love their energetic, passionate, beautiful, powerful and magnificent voices and how with every cover they make, they make it their own. I know that Glutamine and Gero do collabs but I haven’t heard much of them, so being able to hear more collabs would be absolutely awesome.
Mafumafu & Wolpis Carter
I’ll be honest, out of all the dream collabs I’d want… this would definitely be number one. I love Wolpis Carter and Mafumafu’s voices so much, especially since I’m so fond of high-pitched male vocalists. Their voices are both extremely powerful, versatile and emotive. If they were to collab, I would be so happy and excited. I know that Wolpis is a fan of Mafumafu, so it wouldn’t just be me getting excited if it were to happen (lol).
Those are all mine, let me know what your own dream utaite collabs are!
I wrote this because have come here today to mention my favourite USSEEWA covers. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! 💗
USSEEWA is a really great song, and there's so many covers I really love. I really couldn't pick a single definitive #1 favourite, because there's so much I like because they are all lovely in their own way. But I do have some clear favourites! And I'm going to share them today:
My top two favourites are placed in order, but the rest are just in random orders and I don't prefer one over the other.
1. Kana Sukoya's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oO2IfPx9IGo
Kana, Kana, Kana! Her version is my most favourite out of every single cover I've ever heard. I love Kana's beautiful voice, and I like her usage of her voice in this cover! Her voice is full of emotion, and really expressive of innocence, frustration, annoyance, and rage. Every line that she sings has an extremely large impact, and they never fall flat. Every single line was never wasted, they were all sung in equal amounts of power, and it just makes for the best and most perfect cover of USSEEWA in my opinion.
2. Satomi's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Lb4LttQA70
Ah, Satomi! He's really wonderful. His cover is really awesome. I can't get enough of it, and really can't stop playing it. His growls and screams are just the best and portray so much rage. I love how he kept his growls throughout every single line in the song, and they all sound so extremely well executed. It was a perfect choice for Satomi to sing such a powerful song. His voice sounds so commanding and strong at every single point. I especially like how his "tensai desu" was a bit flat in comparison to the rest of the lines he sung, because it helps to really dig in that sense of frustration and like you're really done with everything.
3. HUBOG'S USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pv_7iVLrJ0Q
HUBOG's cover is hands down underrated and one of the best! He deserves more recognition. His voice is really lovely and powerful, with so much rasp to boot. I really like the overall sound of his voice and how he utilised it. I really love his cover, and it was one of the most emotional ones I've heard. In every single line, it is really perfect and conveys so much anger and annoyance. He really fits well in with the character and all her criticism and frustration with the corporate culture. If there's one cover that really nails that feeling of telling you to shut up, it's this one.
4. 96Neko's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qLHADjO7z8
96Neko did an absolutely fantastic job at covering this song. She's so awesome! I'm really in love with her cool and beautiful voice and how cute and confident she is. Her cuteness really matches with the character in the video and how she is a young adult, and the confidence really matches the character's attitude with how she criticises corporate culture all on her own. I love how much variation she sung the lines in this song, which makes me never ever get tired of it. It's so unique, with so many versatile sounds to it, and it's all so powerful together. I especially like how low she sung "kuso darii na", and it really sounds so completely done with!
5. Gero's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPcGomWCE18
I'm so happy that Gero sung USSEEWA, since syudou is a fan of his so I'm sure he was glad. Gero's cute and cool voice is so amazing and strong in his covers. Gero's USSEEWA is one of the best because his excellent delivery is so powerful. Firstly, his high pitch fits with the young adult the character is and he sounds really cute with it as always. Secondly, I like how Gero introduced the song and how he gains power as the song goes on. I love how he unleashed his power in the chorus, and his pronunciation of the repeating "USSEEWA" sounds awesome. I like how his voice feels higher as the line goes on, and it gives off a floaty feeling. His "HAAAAAAAH?!" is definitely my favourite of all. Gero's emotion in this song is incredible all the way through, especially with how roaring he sings the last line!
6. ShounenT's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uacb7__RdZg
ShounenT's USSEEWA is clearly an absolutely brilliant move that only a mastermind genius could think of. He knows his voice and what he does best, so of course a relaxing acoustic guitar accompanies him! The illustration was also beautifully done, and the character looks really cute and fearsome. The fact that ShounenT is not screaming or sounding visibly angry is a move that only a true professional and genius could produce. In fact, it makes the song even scarier because you wouldn't think "A cute woman couldn't possibly have so much anger towards the corporate culture!" which really fits in with the lines about the girl being an honour student, because she must've been expected to be a good and smart girl all the time. The fact that she's smiling really only fuels the "My spirit becomes sadistic" line and with that cute smile in the illustration, it portrays her personality so well. The only problem is that I wish it was longer so I could hear ShounenT telling me to shut the fuck up 24 times with his handsome voice. However, ShounenT's cuteness is more than enough because he gives me adorableness overload.
7. Ryushen's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27cpH0OyXoA
Ryushen!!! I love Ryushen's cool, beautiful, versatile, lovely, low and cute voice! Right off the bat, the cover just caught my ears, because of course, it's the awesome Ryushen! I've been listening to Ryushen's voice for maybe over a year now, and they are one of my favourite singers ever. I think this song really demonstrates that perfectly too. Ryushen's has sung USSEEWA extremely powerfully, with so much emotion, cuteness, and coolness in one. I love the amount of anger that Ryushen has expressed with this cover, and it's really cool, especially alongside the emotive illustrations too. I also like how Ryushen fits in some higher notes along with their lower notes, which makes it really pleasing to my ears and just adds on to that uniqueness.
8. Soraru's USSEEWA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFKDIHrIDZI
Soraru's voice is a really beautiful, boyish, calm, relaxing and cute one, so of course he sung this song really well. His timbre fits really perfectly with the entire young adult woman character with how youthful it sounds in its softness. Soraru also conveyed the anger very nicely too with his versatile voice, with his screams and growls, and how sharp he sounds. I like how he sings each line, especially with how he ends them. It really does sound like a knife stabbing someone with that sharpness, and it fits well, despite the overall delicate sound of his voice. I think he sounds really cute when he's singing angrily like this, and it fits the character so much!
And with that, those are the USSEEWA covers that were my favourites! If you haven't listened to them, then I hope you do. They are all unique in their own way, and each of these singers have their own style that makes listening to their covers worthwhile.
And of course, I thank syudou and Ado for making this song, because its strong message has reached many people, as well as being a fun song to listen to, as expected from such skilled artists.
It's Dongdang's birthday today, so I drew this to celebrate! I drew the version of the character without the buns, because I have drawn the buns hairstyle before.
I didn't have the proper reference, so I had to look at other people's art to get the colors right. I'm unsure on the hair since the reference got deleted... so I guessed most of it.
It was a bit troubling using a bigger canvas to draw on so the lineart took longer than usual... but it's still on time so it's fine. I used a bigger canvas because on the last birthday art I did, it messed up the quality of the beautiful person's beautiful face.
It's Touyu's birthday today, so I made this to celebrate.
Silvana-san just released his first vocaloid song!! Try listening to it. It's sooo good!!! Hoping other utaite would cover it later T T

I totally regret my old thought for Nqrse's voice. I thought to think it was higher than it really is (because of his feminine design) but then I listened to it and now I'm just like "I can't believe I thought it was higher" and I regret it so hard
Eve really has been uploading a lot of songs lately
It also feels happy and sad at the same time to watch this fanbase grow because i remember a few years ago when he had a few hundred thousand (':
It's good to see him getting recognized by big animes like jujutsu kaisen and the promised neverland too
This is a really random question but why do only collabs and some more popular song covers get attention on Sorarus channel, while he has over a million subscribers?
I'm a little late because of time zone stuff but wow it's Soraru's birthday. I'm relatively new to utaite-related things in general, but I started around this time last year and Soraru was one of the first I discovered~
It's kinda late, but Happy Birthday!

I'm searching information about utaite name Syuuzu(しゅーず) but there's none here. I'm getting interested with him after getting the album 18 EDGE. His voice is beautiful with the song BEAUTIFUL WITCH. Anybody knows anything?
