"Tsumi no Namae", composed by Ryo

Oktavia is a YouTube singer who began covering Vocaloid songs officially in June 2016.[2] Up until then, her primary YouTube activity was transcribing anime/Vocaloid songs into MIDI form via Synthesia, as well as creating piano medleys. Her first cover was an English version of Kalafina's "Hikarifuru". Due to the positive reception she received on the cover, she decided to transition her channel to use as a singer in both English and Japanese. Her first official English Vocaloid cover (as well as her most popular Vocaloid cover with over 36K views) was "R.I.P. Gossip no Umi".

Oktavia is known for having a powerful voice with a wide range and high belt. Her voice is also notably versatile, as she can manage both a pop/rock style as well as classical. Her covers often use adlibs and added harmonies, due to her love for them. She writes her own lyrics for her English covers,[3] as well as melody/harmony guides.[4]

Currently, she attends college in Tucson, Arizona, majoring in Music Education.[5] She enjoys making covers as a side activity. She is also known to be working on an online musical for Puella Magi Madoka Magica as a background project.[6]

Her most popular cover overall is her English version of "Bad Girl Online" by WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY!, with over 70K views.
