This may seem very irrelevant, but I feel as if I just need to say it.
The first time I came here (a year ago), I remember the wiki had about 200, more or less, something pages and I was like, "Huh, this page seems interesting." I came here after listening to a couple of Nico Nico Choruses and soon learned that there were singers who sang these songs in special ways (my very first Nico Nico Chorus I heard being World's End Dancehall and the first memorable one to be Just Be Friends). I was very curious to see how exactly these people sang because when I thought of covers, I thought they were people simply covering the songs. How wrong I was. I soon learned that these Utaite rarely did just sing, when they sang, they sang well and lots of times, they added a lot of extras that added so much more to the cover and the song itself. In no time, listening to Utaite became my primary form of music, a year later, it still is. As I said before, Utaite and this page, helping me direct to all the different songs and different Utaite and YouTube singers and covers, have seriously changed my life and I truly want to give my thanks once again to the creators of this page and happy 500th page.
